Terms of Service

Welcome to Keep360 (keep360.in). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Keep360.

1. The service

Keep360 is a secure organiser for documents, health records, expenses, reminders and private notes — for individuals, families and groups. The service is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid features in future; anything you already store will not be held hostage behind a paywall.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account; you may create or join multiple groups.

3. Encryption password & Recovery Key

Sensitive content is end-to-end encrypted with a password only you hold. We cannot see, reset or recover this password. If you lose both the password and your Recovery Key, encrypted content is permanently unreadable — by design. Please store your Recovery Key safely.

4. Your content

• You own everything you store. We claim no rights over your content.
• You grant us only the limited technical permission needed to store, encrypt, back up and display your content to you and the people you share it with.
• You are responsible for having the right to store and share the content you upload (for example, documents belonging to family members).

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Keep360 to:

• store or share unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to break, probe or overload the service or access other users’ data;
• resell or provide the service to third parties as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Keep360 available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Export your data anytime from your Profile.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keep360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of encrypted data that results from a lost encryption password or Recovery Key. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently ₹0 for free accounts).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page — this permanently removes your account and personal details. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
